What are my delivery options?

South Africa - Local Orders

We offer delivery via the Post Office / Speed Services to any destination in South Africa. 

You may place an order at any time - Monday to Sunday, and your enquiry will be responded to within less than 24 hours. However, please bear in mind that orders are only processed on a Monday, and your parcel will then be posted on the Thursday of the same week. Should you need your products urgently, please call us on 082 852 4125 and we will be happy to assist.  

International Orders

When will my order be delivered?

South Africa - Local Orders

Sh'Zen Spa collates and processes orders every Monday - your parcel will then be posted to you on the Thursday of the same week.

We will email you immediately when we have received proof of payment (via EFT or credit card). At that stage the delivery time can be estimated as follows:

Post Office

Please allow 3 to 5 working days for the parcel to reach your nearest Post Office, once it has left our premises. When the parcel card arrives in the mail you can collect your order from the stated post office - remember to take the parcel card and your ID with you.


Can I track my order?

We will email you your parcel's tracking information the first working day after we ship it e.g. if the parcel's leaves our premises on Thursday, you will receive your tracking information via email on Friday morning. You can then track your parcel on the Post Office's website.

What are your return and refund policies?

The provision of goods and services by Sh'Zen Spa is subject to availability from the Sh'Zen head office in Ottery, Cape Town. In cases of unavailability, Sh'Zen Spa will refund the client in full.

Cancellations can only be made within 24 hours of the order being placed.

If a product is broken or damaged when you receive it, please inform Sh'Zen Spa within 24 hours of receiving it. We will either make arrangements for the damaged product to be returned to us and get a replacement sent to you on our account or alternatively we may refund you in full for the damaged product.

All products are sold within a 7 day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely happy with your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us within 7 days of receipt with the reason of dissatisfaction. We will then issue a return delivery address. Shipping costs will be for your account. Upon receipt the item will be inspected and if it is still in its original sealed state, we will be more than happy to refund your money less a 10% handling fee.
